Rental of Facilities Information
Our Hall is available for rental. Members receive a special discount. In all cases, donated or otherwise, we will require a $100.00 deposit. This is to ensure that the Hall is cleaned, just as you accepted it, upon completion of rental. The Hall will be inspected by the Bar Staff to ensure it is cleaned. Then the $100.00 deposit will be promptly mailed back to you. There will be a contract for you to sign. The contracts are located at the Canteen. Dates are filling up fast so please call the Post at 419-929-0731 or contact John Longbrake (canteen manager) at 419-561-0620 for available dates. You can also check the calendar at the Post to see if the Hall is available.
Member Hall Rental Fee: $125.00 plus $100.00 deposit
Non-Member Hall Rental Fee: 175.00 plus $100.00 deposit

In all cases, all alcohol must be purchased through our canteen. No alcohol may be brought in from an outside source. We will work with you on bulk, large quantity pricing.
